When you’re one to tweet your each transfer, you’d have seen the blue hen utility’s new greeting everytime you refresh your feed, producing a slightly robotic-sounding ‘chirp’ every time.
It appears Twitter has just lately launched the characteristic to accounts all around the globe, with Gear Patrol noting that customers will hear the sound by default until their smartphones are on silent or vibrate mode.

Users have chimed in with humorous takes on the brand new tune, with one saying that it fooled him into considering it was his abdomen that made the noise, and one other commenting it gave the impression of “an alien is close by able to do one thing scary.”
To change the offending noise off for good, head to the ‘settings and privateness’ tab, adopted by ‘accessibility, show, and languages’, the place you may toggle off the ‘sound results’ choice below the ‘sound’ part.
