After importing a photograph of her rosacea to Instagram, Lex was shocked to be told that it had been taken down as a result of it was “undesirable”. She shared her story together with her followers, it went viral and to chop a protracted story brief, she managed to get Instagram to vary its insurance policies on pores and skin circumstances.
