Mom of Black Child Snubbed at Chuck E. Cheese Preparing to Sue

Chuck E. Cheese has a sizzling mess on its arms — and no, we’re not speaking about its pizza … it is a doable lawsuit from the mother of the kid who was snubbed by their mascot.

Naney D. Muhammad is the mom of the younger Black woman who not too long ago obtained the chilly shoulder at a CEC in New Jersey — and he or she tells TMZ … sure, she’s making ready to take authorized motion towards the pizza chain for what she considers overt and blatant racist conduct.

Nancy says she’s observed a sample of this type of factor at amusement parks and indoor play areas for kids — and finds it heartbreaking she and her daughter have been on the receiving finish of it at Chuck E. Cheese.

She tells us CEC company fired off a normal assertion she feels is empty and void of an apology … and, because of this, says she’s consulting together with her lawyer for subsequent steps so justice could be achieved. In her eyes, no child ought to be made to really feel how hers did that day.
