VIJAYAWADA: Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy on Wednesday flagged off 165 veterinary ambulances costing Rs 111.62 crore below the second section of the Dr YSR Cellular Veterinary Clinic providers right here on Wednesday.
